The Program will competitively select up to ten women this year and assist them in pursuing a postdoctoral or early career research fellowship abroad in specified areas by supplementing their annual income.

I hereby grant my consent to The Eric and Wendy Schmidt Fund for Strategic Innovation to receive, collect, accumulate, update, use and process, and to verify the accuracy and authenticity of, my personal data specified in this application for the 2017 Eric and Wendy Schmidt Postdoctoral Award for Women in Mathematical and Computing Sciences (the “Program”) and to store the data on Easychair, which will make it available exclusively to the member of the Selection Committee, as well as to the Program’s sponsors in the U.S. for the purpose of the Program and for selecting the recipients of awards under the Program. This data will not be used for any purpose other than for the purposes of the Program and selecting the recipients of awards under the Program.
Applications will be accepted until May 15, 2017 from women who plan to complete their PhDs the subsequent year and would like to apply for a postdoctoral fellowship abroad. The 2016 laureates will also be able to apply for a one-time renewal of their current award. Multiple submissions are authorized until the submission deadline, please note that the latest version will be the one considered by the committee.
